We Can't Keep Meeting Like This by Rachel Lynn Solomon

1.0

Okay, so this definitely hits more into the new adult genre rather than YA - protag is about to go into college, love interest is in college.
There was nothing redeeming about this book for me. Hated the protagonist's decisions and how long she took to follow through with her own decisions (which prolonged and created *drama*), hated the parents for not realizing how toxic they were being, hated how toxic the protagonist was to relationships and how negative she was.
The OCD/anxiety representation was great as well as discussion about depression while separated from support network. That was about the only redeeming part of this book.
*contains heavy kissing scenes and language*
