Forest of the Pygmies by Isabel Allende

This whole series has been a fun time. I love the sense of adventure and the magical realism aspects that border on the spiritual. The setting in this one didn't seem as vivid as the other two, though there were still some descriptive moments. The plot line also fell a little short in comparison to the first two. I wish there was more depth and more focus on the monster Jaguar and Eagle were to face than the tyranny. The ending was a little anticlimactic for me. Still gave it 4-stars as it was easy to get into, overall very enjoyable, and I love the animal aspect.
