I love the world that Alice Oseman created with all of its quirks and other things that make it beautiful. it seems that the book is one that deals with a lot of dark issues. the problem is that there is in michael holden the possibility of being so much more than Tori's arm candy (this is in reference to the show) Book Michael is quirky and I love that when he's questioned about his queerness, he basically says "I don't factor gender into it" It's great. ik the book is about Charlie's recovery and the reaction to that as well as what its like to be a sibling of someone who is struggling with mental health problems while not being completely stable yourself. Tori is such a well written character and I hope we get more of Michael's quirks next season. Also fuck Lucas for that bullshit about "I love you" It is so good that Tori stood up for herself in that scene. That shit is stalker behavior.
