Marble and Sculptor: A Personality Type Manifesto by Joe Arrigo

5.0

I think this manifesto checks all the boxes in aiming for simple, concise and straightforward language, ensuring the size of font is adequate, engaging color schemes and palettes, and breaking up text into paragraphs.

There are autobiographical elements from the author so understand the subjectivity of the text where it presents itself. I think it relays great definitions and explanations of MBTI in both its simplistic and complex existence. There is great corporate insight here of how much better the application of MBTI could be in professional development. I find myself now checking out the author’s encouraged recommendations to further pursue the acquisition of MBTI knowledge and expand my understanding.
