A Mother's Reckoning: Living in the Aftermath of Tragedy by Sue Klebold

5.0

This was a very poignant, but informative read. Like many, I remember when this happened and how it played out in the media. The insight into the aftermath for the families is heartbreaking. While Sue is telling the story, you end up feeling the feelings of all involved. She told her story in a way that did not come across defensive or offensive to her son’s victims. No matter how much you could tell she wanted to, she never offered excuses for what he did. She is a mother who lost a child in more ways than one that day.
