Come Away with Me by Kristen Proby

4.0

I was apprehensive about this book because the reviews weren't exactly stellar. I think having lower expectations were good because I was pleased with this book. I'm coming off of a jag of reading some intense books, so I was in a good place to read this book. I like Luke and Natalie, even if they are obscenely rich, fall immediately in love and have one amazing romantic experience after another. It's sappy that they won some sort of love lottery, but they both waited long enough and endured enough, so who am I to hate? I know some people call it flat or a non-story, but you know what you're getting when you read it. There was no major villan, no twist in the plot that left me emotionally drained...just a nice, quick, fun read. I adore all of the characters in this book and look forward to the next.
