Tangled Beauty, by K.L. Middleton

This was free on BookBub in June 2019.

Sinclair "Sin" Jeffries has agreed to pose as her colleague's girlfriend for an important family event. The family are all horrible - with the exception of one. Reed is the brother of her colleague and the attraction between he and Sin is immediate.

This is so trashy and I ate it up with a spoon.

I don't think I'll read any more in the series - I overlooked a lot of stuff in this one because I needed something to relax and escape from reality, but the whole "I'm a macho man, I want to own you" isn't really my thing. In saying that, it was perfect for a few hours of escapism and there was another element to it that gave it a bit of a Sunset Beach vibe rather than just being a straightforward tension-filled romp.
