I had a hard time finishing this book, it was a bit of a slog. I found the pace slow. The story line involving Major Fisher and Lady Virginia is getting very old and I hope the next book puts this to rest. I am also not a big fan of the details around Giles’ election tribulations. I did enjoy the story line involving Anatoly Babakov.
