Consistently fun and entertaining, I have enjoyed every book in the Mercy Thompson series. Silence Fallen is no exemption.
As a gift to everyone who hates seeing Mercy and Adam separated, we get a fantastic alternating POV almost every other chapter. I loved getting further glimpses into Adam's psyche and loved seeing how he interacted with his 'extraction team'. Resourceful Mercy never fails to prove that she is strong, wily and capable - even without her pack - and that anyone who underestimates her will surely live to regret it.
All in all, this was a fast-paced, entertaining read.
