I bought the full series on audible and the first books in this series are actually pretty good compared to what I was expecting, however when Tessa started

speaking to her unborn Son telepathically, through her womb (yes this does actually happen)

I actually started laughing because it was so ridiculous. I saw that other people found the other books cringe but thought that they were okay despite some weird scenes, but that one took the cake. 
Overall, I would say that this series is a good palette cleanser.
Is it the best thing you’ve ever read? No
But it’s fast paced and i likes a lot of the tropes.
