Star Wars: The Rise of Kylo Ren
by Charles Soule
FULL REVIEW: https://enchantedlittleme.blogspot.com/2020/05/star-wars-rise-of-kylo-ren-book-review.html
I've always been intrigued by Kylo Ren's character and eager to learn more about him, especially his origin but this just felt... lacklustre.
It left me with more questions than it gave answers about how the prodigy son of Han and Leia turn into the infamous Kylo Ren.
There were so many interesting directions it could have gone in but instead, it rushed to finish the story. This should have been a few more issues than just 4. If anything you could have gotten a few volumes of how Ben Solo turned to the dark side in a similar vein to the Darth Vader series set after Revenge of the Sith.
If you're interested in Kylo Ren already, grab yourself a copy but don't expect it to answer any questions about him and his beginnings.
