The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi by S.A. Chakraborty

5.0

Conjuring the magic of the Arabian Nights this adventure tale is marvelous. Picture yourself seated around the campfire in the cool desert evening listening to Amina al Sirafi tell of her adventures. A bold, brash, foul mouthed, courageous mother and pirate, Amina reminded me of all the heroes and heroines I used to read about in my teenage years, though her voice is singular and compelling. If you too are an aging Robert E. Howard, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Tracey West, etc. fan, than you are going to love this.
