I really enjoyed this fantasy take on a murder mystery and for the most part the book kept me entertained and curious as it slowly untangled all the different strings to the mystery. Sadly I found the ending not very satisfactory and the general explanation for why these things were happening rather lacking but it was still good fun and I'd still recommend this book for others as for the most part it was a really interesting story!
