After a lengthy anticipated wait, we finally have book 2 of Luna David’s The Boys Club series. Mattie and Jake meet in book 1 - Jake, a good friend of Cash and Mattie who is one of Liam’s best friends and roommates. The story immediately begins the same night they initially meet (mere hours before) as the boys are getting ready in their apartment before dragging Liam to the club despite his protests. Both Mattie and Jake are instantly attracted to each other, but have other things on their minds that night. Jake is ready to dive right in and claim Mattie as his own, but Mattie has strong reservations despite feeling the same insanely strong pull to the other man. Jake is not about to let the perfect boy of his dreams slip through his fingers so Mattie better be prepared to be wooed within an inch of his life!
