At its core it’s a pretty decent book. The author definitely knows how to pull you in - but please be advised this is not a light book, it’s very heavy and filled with plenty of emotion. This love just doesn’t seem healthy, wasn’t healthy when they were younger & only semi-healthy now that they’re older. I like the way the romance (if you even want to call it that) ended. I feel like I need a very light novella to cleanse my reading palette.
