Little Bee

Little Bee was such a powerful story ... The kind that makes all sit back and think about how grateful we are for what we have. I loved the imagery Cleave uses describing Little Bee and Sarah's lives. It is so powerful it made me almost feel what the characters were feeling. The one downside was that the book did not really have a happy ending. I did like that it ended in a realistic way, but I'm always a sucker for happy endings.
