Armageddon in Retrospect: And Other New and Unpublished Writings on War and Peace by Kurt Vonnegut

Most of these stories seem to be early ones, from before KV figured out his artistic voice. Far from his best, but still worth reading if you're a fan. I liked the titular story, the speech at Clowes Hall, and the introduction from his son, Mark, the best.
