„Offside” is a MM romance by Alison Hendricks. It’s a fourth book in the Eastshore Tigers series.
This story follows Lance and Beau.
Lance is an ex NFL player, who came to Eastshore after ending his career. His life isn’t easy - change of career, new place to live and a divorce are weighing him down.
Beau is a typical college student - he plays football, he loves a good party and has some problems of his own.
When the two of them meet and then start to work together, with Lance as a Coach, tentative friendship starts to build between them. It soon transforms to a mutual attraction and deeper feelings.
But with Lance’s life being thrown all over the news and Beau’s problems, will they be able to build a real, meaningful relationship?
First of all, clear out your schedule - this book is so engaging, you won’t be able to put it down. The plot is believable, well paced and there’s never a dull point. I loved both Lance and Beau, they felt real, so it was easy to connect to them. This book definitely put a smile on my face :)
