A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson

The murder mystery good and fast pace, but overall the YA aspect just felt forced and tacky. There was also a lot of poor parenting being presented as good and normal (Pip's father is at one point okay with his daughter going out in a too-short dress to a high school party with alcohol, drugs, etc.) Pip is also incredibly unrealistic as a character and is completely unrelatable.
