Claymore, Vol. 17: The Claws of Memory by Norihiro Yagi

3.0

Right so I read 90% of this manga on Thursday and didn't get back to it until today (Monday - also "Hello me!", from the future if I'm reading this at a later date!), but anyway, I read the last chapter today and I was like, "Well that was a bunch of punch!"
Possibly just a bit too much action to have in one manga?
It felt like trying to focus on a tadpole in a whole swimming pool of them!

I do like the biggest of the villains though, (not sure she has a name? Monster Twins? MT? That works!), MT is a double headed monster with the ability to spawn abyss monsters from her head(s), which is really annoying as those things are ten times tough to fight, so now there's zillions of the menacing things all running about everywhere, slaying people, loping off limbs and probably ruining all the village laundry to boot.

Also Riful is having a touch of troubles with Abyss feeders.
(I feel that must be similar to being slowly mauled to death by a gang of rabid Maltese poodles - terrifying yet oddly embarrassing).

Guess the only way to find out what's next?
Onto the next volume!
