I honestly liked this book. It was a quick read even for an audio book. I could easily zone out and zone back in and still know what was going on. I think I would’ve been more invested in the plot had I been reading it but as an audio book it came off so lighthearted that the rarely felt serious. Additionally, the reader was the same for both the male and female characters which was…..not ideal and kinda silly. But I did enjoy the story and I was rooting for the main character and her interests. At times when I was paying attention I was very involved, but that was on and off.
