The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down: A Hmong Child, Her American Doctors, and the Collision of Two Cultures by Anne Fadiman

3.0

It was very interesting but emotionally a bit tough to read near the end. Loved hearing about the different kinds of social workers present in California during the 90's, and the ways they tried to facilitate culturally competent health care for Hmong folks. I hope to finish when I have more emotional space (lol).
