I really enjoyed this audiobook. I loved the way the topic of race and culture was explored and depicted. Faith is such an amazing heroine. She is strong and bold and doesn't back down. She doesn't need saving. She was just plain amazing. Logan took a bit of warming up for me. But by the end I loved him too.
Faith is a nanny for the Vega family. Tragic circumstances leave Mr. Vega a single dad. The family they create thru the heartbreak is just lovely.
My only real issue is how time lapsed in the story. There were moments were I thought it had maybe been a week or two, but then they said it was a year later. So it moved rather quickly. But overall a great read.
