I really love the Throne of Glass series, but unfortunately, Crown of Midnight is my least favorite book. The writing is incredible as always, the plot is good and I adored most of the characters. The main reason why I gave it three stars, is because of Chaol. (this sounds petty, I know, but that's how I feel)
I don't really like him and I don't ship him with Celaena at all. I just don't see the chemistry or whatever between them, and therefore I was so relieved when they broke up. Also, it seemed to me, that the plot was moving a bit slower than other times. Moreover, I felt bad for my Dorian, and I think that, this "thing" he had with Celaena ended a bit abruptly.
Overall, it was a good book and the plot twist in the end took me completely by surprise.
