I have perhaps already told everyone I know about this book, but if I have not told you, you should read it. It takes an incredible amount of brain training to interrupt diet culture thoughts, and there will be several times in your read that you will feel furious that you have been manipulated into spending 100 percent of your time disliking /YOURSELF/, but there's no time like yesterday to start weeding out the BS.
