Told from 3 POVs throughout one family devastated by secrets & alcoholism. This is a glimpse into the grip of alcoholism and its effects on Ryan's tumultuous life, and later his daughter Georgette's. Loved how we see several aspects of the early story come full circle, from Ryan's artwork to Jet's stethoscope to #thefutureisdarnbright. Also loved Elise/Nana's strength & consistency throughout this difficult read, and thankful I didn't ugly cry, as warned!
BTW, fantastic as an audiobook, multiple narrators.
