love books about books. double the goodness. this was such a cute beauty and the beast retelling. beau was the king of authentic apologies, and izzy learned how to stick up for herself and stop being such a pushover. it’s rare to read a romance book where both characters are willing to take credit for their mistakes and genuinely apologize. I’m so glad i finally read this after having it sit on my shelf for half a year.
