i’m not sure how to rate this. this is a character centered slow-burn romance, so if you want more plot or a faster pace i wouldn’t recommend this. and as many other people have mentioned, there was some comments made by one of the main characters that were homophobic and strange. that was incredibly off-putting and unexpected. alongside that, there was some body shaming and sex shaming comments that came out of nowhere. so i’m not really sure how to feel about the book as a whole.
