I didn't like Victor in the other two Heart books, his character just always grated me the wrong way. So, I guess it's no real surprise that a book dedicated to him would take me forever to get through. I enjoy Claire's ability to write a good romance, she gets it. She absolutely gets it. She makes me swoon, but Victor and Nicole simply did not do it for me.
