I've always wanted to know more about the Manson murders, if only because I've grown up knowing that Manson was evil and that there were murders, but not much more than that, and I knew there had to be something about the story that kept it alive in everyone's minds.

This book is very long when listened to (I think it might be easier to read on a page), but Bugliosi does a great job diving deep into technicalities without sounding either opaque or pedantic. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of listening to this, but I don't think I ever need to hear much more about Manson, and I'm glad to finish this one.
