He looses his safety and puts those in his circle in harms way. With retribution for his sins in the forefront of his father's cronies mind, Devlin needs to keep Ellie safe while at the same time find those who want him dead and end the powerplay once and for all. Will the better man win? Or will Ellie become the bargaining chip that will bring him to his knees? Fast paced and filled with actin as well as emotion this was another great read from J. Kenner. I cannot wait to see where she will take us next.
