The Hollow by Agatha Christie

3.0

I don’t think I’m going to include this one in my favorite Poirot stories. I didn’t get the feeling that Poirot was his usual clever self. It felt like he wasn’t in the story much. The murder mystery wasn’t quite intriguing enough for me. Agatha Christie did write the characters well in the way that all their personalities showed through. Gerda’s and Lucy’s personalities were the personalities that stood out the most. They were like complete opposites.

I didn’t like that Poirot didn’t do his usual dramatic retelling of the crime
