This was a super cute summer read. I immediately fell in love with the three main characters and I appreciated the way the book balanced Patrick’s experience taking care of the kids with him looking into starting his career again. I just didn’t find this book particularly memorable and I felt like the love story that’s developing throughout the book is so much of an afterthought it may as well have not been there.
