I love the concept of this series and find the characters very fun, so I'm still in and will be continuing. An interesting take on the vampire/werewolf story, with spicy sexual tension.
The plot of the story was already not fast moving and it slows majorly in this book.70% of the way through the book, they are still in the same location talking about doing the same thing they were talking about at the end of the first book.
My struggle with this book is that the FMC/narrator THINKS TOO MUCH. 😂 Her internal monologue is repetitive and long. Towards the end of the book I started just skipping her thoughts and moving on to the next dialogue to cope. But getting to the plot advancement was worth it.
