This book had some nice charm to it; the island especially felt like it had an identity all it's own. I did manage to predict one of the plot points pretty soon into the story

one of them being that Georgie did in fact have powers, the other being that her powers were control of the weather

. I thought the romance was okay, nothing too special, but nice just the same. I really enjoyed Harrison's quirkiness, he was definitely one of my favorite characters along with Vira. Overall a decent story, just not perfect for my particular tastes.
