I am loving that the road trip trope is becoming more popular because I am here for it! Piper Rayne wrote the perfect book to kick off the holiday season with. It was light and funny and full of all things Christmas.
It started off so exciting that it completely drew me in! We know our MCs are going on a road trip but how do they find themselves in that situation? Well it is hilarious and a bit surprising but such a great way to force Tre and Tessa together.
Their road trip forced them into getting along and it was really fun because these two are such opposites. Tessa had an eye for finding the craziest places to stop off along the way but it brought all the Christmas spirit.
Now I was fully invested in this story and enjoying the light and fun Christmas essence. I WAS NOT EXPECTED THAT PLOT TWIST AT THE END!!
