i feel like the characters are kind of inconsistent, like they aren't adhering to the type of person they're supposed to be. they're a little all over the place.
also sasha claims to have some survival instinct, but the way she talks back to supposedly 'ruthless murderers' without getting shot in the mouth for it really leaves me speechless. how is not that something that would literally get her killed or subordinated in ANY type of way?
also she agrees to leave to new york with kirill, with him even TELLING her that once she comes with him, she is going to belong to him and he'll own every part of her, yet then she acts confused when he literally follows up on her word.
that being said, i still enjoyed reading this and i've been in a slump for months, so i'm really grateful and that probably influences the rating for a better result.
