For our Ronan lovers - you will love this! I'm a huge fan of the Wolf Hotel series and Ronan from those books. I didn't read his novella because I just couldn't read a book where he wasn't getting his HEA. Welllllll he doesn't get one here -- yet. We'll have to wait for Save Me.

I'm usually not a fan of having to back track in timelines and at first I thought I wasn't going to like the before Abbi part but I think it helps set up Ronan's state of mind prior to Alaska and then skipping forward to his life after Abbi gets married to Henry. Getting to see the start of his bromance with Connor was awesome - that dude is hilarious. I think Sloane is the perfect match for Ronan and love that she's a spitfire and not some waffling wallflower. I wasn't expecting Henry to drop the mini-bomb that he did near the end but I did clock that cliffhanger from early on and I'm here for it. August cannot come soon enough. Between these two conflicts it should make for a crazy conclusion to their story.

Loved getting cameos by our favorite couple - I hope they continue into Save Me please and thank you!

Sorry to say that I did not enjoy the audiobook. On paper, the male narrator choice makes sense but his voice was rubbing me the wrong way and I couldn't stand his narration style. I was so excited to listen to the audiobook because I had read and listened to the Wolf Hotel series but this was a no for me. The female narrator was a good fit and did a great job.
