Erased, Volume 1
by Kei Sanbe
Reread in Sep 2019. First read in March 2018. Still my favorite manga.
—————
I was recommended this book by the staff of Kinokuniya bookstore when I asked for mangas like Death Note. Even though I bought a different manga that day, I still thought of giving it a try. I am really thankful to them since this was amazing - better than I expected it to be.
4 stars for first half and 5 stars for second half of this omnibus.
This is my second favorite manga after Death Note. It’s suspenseful and thrilling. Satori Fujiyama time travels to prevent a series of deaths which happened several years back, in order to prevent his mother’s death that happened in the present day. I loved the characters, art work, story - basically everything. Definitely going to continue with the series as this book ended on a cliffhanger.
