This book is really long. (Obviously.) It's very exciting and engaging, but I admit it started to feel like a slog after a while. But it's mostly character-driven, and although there's lots of scienceyness it's still mostly centred on relationships & story. I chuckled a few times and even cried a bit, so overall I have to say it's an entertaining & engaging read, but it's still just long.
