I'm Glad My Mom Died
by Jennette McCurdy
emotional
funny
reflective
medium-paced
Very well written and Jeannette captures her struggles in a very raw and real way. I felt like the recovery arc was realistic and honored her journey without being repetitive. Glad I listened to the audiobook, it added depth to hear her speaking about her own experiences.
Graphic: Child abuse, Eating disorder, Vomit
