For Her Benefit by Nana Malone
4.0

There were so many aspects of this book that I enjoyed. Revisiting the Winston Isles characters, Ben and Liv's relationship, the heist, the intrigue, the mystery, the romance, the action, the danger, and suspense.

I have read a number of books lately where there was no chemistry or connection between the H and h. Ben and Olivia had it all. They were fun, witty, smart, and tenacious. They liked and respected each other. There was a buildup of sexual tension that just enhanced their steamy scenes. I mean, that kitchen scene.....

I enjoyed the relationship between Ben, Bridge, East, and Drew. They were loyal friends and managed to easily incorporate Liv and Tella into the crew. New friendships were formed with the Winston Isles gang. I loved that there were so many tech geeks in this book.

There were a couple of surprises that were truly unexpected and one not so unexpected. Rest assured, the major issues were resolved, yet some issues remained not quite complete. Ben and Liv got their HEA.

I am not sure that I am clear on what happened with Caroline. Either I missed something, or that part of the story kind of faded out after they figured out what she was trying to do. Also, the book ends on what could be called a minor cliffhanger, or the enticement to continue reading about the London Lords.

I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book received from the author.
