Epic, epic, epic!

Heading back into Oddity, I knew Wrath was going to be something else, but WOW! Jodie absolutely outdid herself with Hollow Wrath. From the very first page, this book grabbed me and didn’t let go.

Aurelia is everything I love in a Jodie FMCβ€”bold, sharp, and refuses to play by anyone’s rules but her own. Watching her go toe-to-toe with Wrath and play him at his own game was honestly so satisfying. She’s fierce and clever, but also layered and real.

The transition from Hollow Hellion was seamless, and the plot? So strong. So intense. So addictive. Wrath’s muteness added a whole new emotional layer, and somehow, without saying much, his prescence said everything. His way with nonverbal expression and the emotional weight of his silence was heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time.

I was shocked by Wraths aftercare! One minute he’s threatening to split Aurelia open, the next he’s tucking her gently into bed. That softness, that shiftβ€”it melted me. His evolution and how he opened up to her… absolutely perfect.

Jodie’s writing is just unreal. The wording throughout this book was so impactfulβ€”I had to stop and highlight lines constantly because they hit so hard. Am I sick too for highlighting parts I thought were amusing?
