Some could say it was a bit slow getting into it, but I love the way King builds up the town, getting you invested and able to fully understand the small evils that exist in the every day. An epic tale, full of grit and devastation, but ultimately makes you think a lot about faith and morals. Made even better in the 2021 edition with bonus/background stories, deleted scenes and an epilogue. This was a long one but a good one.
