New Adult rather than YA due to mature themes.
The writing was ok, just a tad underbaked. I enjoyed the premise and plot though, incl. the 'revolution gone wrong' vibe.
I also liked that there was less of a good vs bad dichotomy in this story. Things were more blurry (and realistic) with characters making both good and bad choices.
