Shadowkiss is the third book in the Vampire Academy series and is the climax of the series. Rose and the other senior dhampirs of St. Vladimir’s are starting the biggest test of their skills to date: six weeks of field experience “guarding” a fellow Moroi student and fending off faux Strigoi attacks by their instructors. Rose begins to learn more about what it means to be Shadow Kissed and the dangerous effects of the bond she shares with Lissa. With the tense atmosphere of the Moroi world, the ongoing Strigoi threat, concern for her future sanity, and her feelings for Dimitri growing stronger, Rose is in for a trying time.
