Firstly, I'm glad this book exists. If you're a fan of Neon Genesis Evangelion with some sapphic energy, you'll enjoy this! I quite did. It's a great debut.
I do think the world building was a little rushed in places, and I wish some of the emotional moments were backed by more time and knowledge centered around the characters we were introduced to. At its worst, things are happening to characters we know very little about.
I still enjoyed the book! It's def worth reading!
