this book had me sobbing! multiple times!!! I will never, ever get over the amazing representation of diversity in this book - I am Hannah Bonam-Young's newest fan. from talking about disability openly, but never forcefully, to representing real-life issues (e.g. financial stress, abortion, s*icide, grief, complicated family dynamics, cancer, etc.), I really, really appreciated how the author made these characters feel like real people. the romance developed in such a respectful, genuine way and I enjoyed the pacing too. this is a new comfort read for me.
