Yeah, um, you can't really give a WoF book less than a five-star rating if you're a true fan.
Which I am.
It was so cool to finally read about Peril. Her adoration of Clay was so sweet and cute and Clay was, of course, so sweet and cute, and then there was Turtle who was also very sweet and cute and by the way I do not ship Peril and Turtle they belong as friends that is the end of that.
While the other characters (Moon, Qibli, WINTER) did not appear that much in this book (Kinkajou was in a coma the entire duration of the story xP), I loved seeing how Peril earned their trust and respect (especially from Winter. good job, Peril). I loved reading about Queen Ruby and how the SkyWings finally dealt with Scarlet (UGH Scarlet I hated her so much but NOW finally). It was very cool to see the Sky Kingdom in more depth, now that we're reading from a SkyWing's perspective.
Sooooo yeah, now I'll just wait 'till my sister and me can get our hands on book number nine (Turtle's book!! squeeee). That cliffhanger by the way, it was cruel.
