I was thrilled to have a chance to grab the audio for this book from PRH Audio. I listened to the whole A Good Girls Guide to Murder series on audio and really loved the way it kept me entertained, and I was in the mood for a fast-paced mystery!

From the start of the book, I was hooked because I knew what the MC didn’t know—her mom was alive and coming back. I don’t often read the synopsis of books right before I read them for fear of spoilers, buuuuut the title of this one kind of gives it away 🤪 What I didn’t know was at what point Rachel Price would make her return and what that would mean for the rest of the story.

Once Rachel Price was back on the scene, the story took off and only lagged in a *few* places. There was a lot of mystery, drama, some romance, witty remarks, and just enough twists to keep me hooked.
